Pristine Patio Co, LLC (“Pristine Patio Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request an estimate, or use our outdoor cushion and pillow cleaning services, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have. We provide pickup-and-delivery cleaning services to residential clients in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Phoenix, Arcadia, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding communities.
By using our website (pristinepatioco.com), submitting a quote request, or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
We collect information you give us directly, such as when you request an estimate, book a service, communicate with us, or make a payment. This may include:
- Your name, mailing and service address, email address, and phone number;
- Details about the items you want cleaned and the condition of those items;
- Photos you send us of your cushions, pillows, or outdoor space so we can prepare an estimate;
- Scheduling preferences and pickup/return instructions;
- Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider (see Section 6);
- Any other information you choose to provide in messages, forms, or reviews.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system;
- Pages you view, links you click, and the dates and times of your visits;
- The website or source that referred you to us;
- General location information inferred from your IP address.
See Section 4 for details on cookies and tracking technologies, and your choices.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide estimates;
- Schedule, perform, and complete pickup, cleaning, and return of your items;
- Process payments and send invoices and receipts;
- Communicate with you about your service, including confirmations, updates, and follow-up;
- Send you marketing messages about our services and promotions, where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law;
- Request reviews and feedback after a service is completed;
- Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our website and services;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems;
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
3. Photographs of Your Items and Property
As part of providing our services, we photograph items before and after cleaning to document their condition. We use these photos for quality control, to support our satisfaction guarantee, and to resolve any questions about the work performed.
We may also use “before and after” and finished-work photos in our marketing, including on our website and social media (such as Instagram). We will not publish photographs that identify you or your property in our marketing without your consent. We do not include your name, address, or other identifying details with marketing photos unless you have specifically agreed. If you would like us to remove a photo of your items or property from our marketing, contact us using the details in Section 13 and we will honor your request going forward.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, understand how visitors use it, and support our marketing. These include:
- Essential cookies — required for the website and quote form to function.
- Analytics cookies — we use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it.
- Advertising and marketing cookies — we use tools such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and tracking built into our customer platform to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can adjust ad personalization through the settings offered by Google and Meta. We honor browser-based opt-out signals where required by law.
5. Text Messaging (SMS)
With your consent, we send text messages related to your service — such as estimate follow-ups, appointment and pickup confirmations, status updates, and, where you have opted in, occasional promotional messages. We obtain your consent to text you when you provide your mobile number and agree to receive messages (for example, on our quote form or when you ask us to text you).
- Message frequency varies based on your service and interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending you texts, except any messages needed to complete a transaction already in progress.
For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in Section 13.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the service providers who help us operate our messaging and services, and only so those messages can be delivered (see Section 7).
6. Payment Processing
We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to process payments. When you pay for a service, your payment card and related details are collected and processed directly by our processor under their privacy policy and security standards. We do not store your full payment card number on our systems. We retain limited transaction records — such as amounts, dates, and the service performed — for accounting, tax, and customer-service purposes.
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
Service providers
We share information with trusted companies that perform services on our behalf, only as needed for them to provide those services to us. These include:
- Our customer relationship and messaging platform (Go High Level / LeadConnector), used for contact management, estimates, invoicing, email, and text messaging;
- Our payment processor (Stripe), used to process payments;
- Our accounting and bookkeeping software (FreshBooks), used for invoicing and financial records;
- Our scheduling tool (Acuity Scheduling), used to book appointments;
- Analytics and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta), as described in Section 4.
These providers are authorized to use your information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
Tanya Design
Pristine Patio Co works with a sister company, Tanya Design (tanya-design.com), which provides replacement cushions and custom upholstery. If your items cannot be fully restored and you choose a replacement or custom option under our satisfaction guarantee, or if you ask us to connect you with Tanya Design, we will share the information necessary to fulfill that request — such as your name, contact information, and item details. Tanya Design handles that work under its own terms and privacy practices.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process; to enforce our Terms & Conditions; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pristine Patio Co, our customers, or others; or to detect and prevent fraud.
Business transfers
If Pristine Patio Co is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
8. Data Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business and customer records, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
9. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk.
10. Your Choices

11. Third-Party Websites
Our website and messages may link to third-party websites and services, including our sister company and our social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with your information.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy
